Ingredients
  

Cheese and Spinach Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies drained
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Dip
  1. In a slow cooker, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
Cook the Dip
  1. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until the cheeses are melted and the dip is heated through.
  2. Once done, stir again and serve warm with tortilla chips or veggies.

Notes
