Prepare the Dip
- In a slow cooker, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir until well mixed and smooth.
Cook the Dip
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until the cheeses are melted and the dip is heated through.
- Once done, stir again and serve warm with tortilla chips or veggies.

For a spicier dip, add jalapeños or use pepper jack cheese.
