- Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Form mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Whisk together the teriyaki sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.
- Cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
- Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
