Method
Cook the Noodles
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Chicken
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Make the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
Combine Everything
- Once the chicken is cooked, pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet. Stir to coat and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
Serve
- Serve the sticky garlic chicken noodles hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
