Method
Prepare the Cauliflower
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the battered cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the Cauliflower
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Make the Sauce
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened.
Combine and Serve
- Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and toss it in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
