Preparation and Baking
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x9 pan with parchment.
- Mix melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Whisk flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder. Combine with wet ingredients.
- Spread into pan and bake for 12 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.
- Fold in diced strawberries.
- Reserve 1/3 cup batter. Pour remaining filling over brownie crust.
- Mix reserved batter with strawberry puree. Dollop and swirl gently.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, cool completely, then chill for 4 hours.
- Drizzle melted chocolate and top with strawberry halves.
- Slice into 12-16 bars.
