Method
Prepare the Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, cream cheese, peanut butter, and honey. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
Form the Balls
- Using your hands, scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
- Repeat until all the mixture is used up.
Coat the Balls
- Roll each ball in crushed graham crackers and shredded coconut (if using) until fully coated.
Chill and Serve
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
