- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, almond milk, chia seeds, and collagen peptides (if using). Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to thicken.
- While setting, prepare strawberries by slicing them. Reserve a few for garnish.
- Once pudding is set, layer in serving glasses with sliced strawberries.
- Top with whipped coconut cream and garnish with whole strawberries.
