  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro optional
  • Lime wedges for serving

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat, add lettuce, chicken mixture, carrots, cucumbers, and cilantro.
  5. Wrap tightly and slice in half. Serve with lime wedges.
