Prepare the Beef Fillet
- Season the beef fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Remove the fillets from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes.
Make the Creamy Pepper Sauce
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add crushed black peppercorns and Worcestershire sauce, stir for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste and remove from heat.
Serve
- Plate the beef fillets and drizzle the creamy pepper sauce over the top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
