Prepare Meatballs
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake Meatballs
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
Make Tzatziki Sauce
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, dill, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve
- Serve the meatballs warm with tzatziki sauce on the side.
