- Cook tortellini in salted boiling water until they float. Drain and set aside.

- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken until cooked through. Remove chicken.

- In the same skillet, add bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until tender.

- Reduce heat, add heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir and bring to a simmer.

- Whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted. Add tortellini and chicken back to the skillet, tossing to coat.

- Garnish with parsley and serve.
