  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated English cucumber excess moisture squeezed out
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled and grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Salad
  • 4 cups cooked chicken chopped or shredded
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Method
 

Preparation

  3. Pour the tzatziki sauce over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
